CREDIT TERMS
The first order shipped is C.O.D. only. Payments can be made using Visa or Mastercard. Net 30 days are granted only to customers that have applied to Castelar Tool with approved credit.

SHIPPING
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours by courier ( unless otherwise specified ). Shipping charges will be pre-paid and billed to the customer.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Orders for "custom specials" ( any items or alterations not listed by tool number in the catalogue ) must be accompanied by a confirming purchase order. Drawings or specific sizes must be included on or with the purchase order. Use our forms when possible for ordering step drills and end mills. Castelar Tool can supply you with drawings for your approval.

RESHARPENING SERVICE
We can resharpen all the tools in our catalogue, and most metalworking tools. When tools are resharpened, there is necessarily a loss of material. We remove as little as possible to produce a good edge. If some tolerances are critical, you must specify clearly your priority of tolerances on your purchase order. Example: 'ends only'. Cost depends on the condition of tools, so accurate cost quotations can be made only after receipt and inspection of your tools. We do not routinely quote costs on every regrind order. If a quote is required, please note that clearly with your shipment. Tools can be recoated as per original upon request.
